The Mr. Highly Magnified Woggle-Bug, Thoroughly Educated is a special character from the Oz books written by L. Frank Baum. He first appears in the book The Marvelous Land of Oz in 1904. People often call him H. M. Woggle-Bug, T.E. This stands for Highly Magnified and Thoroughly Educated. Sometimes, in later books, his name is simply "Wogglebug".
