Workum (which is Warkum in West Frisian) is a cool city in the Netherlands. It's located in the Friesland province, within the area called Súdwest-Fryslân. Workum became a city way back in 1399! It's one of the famous "eleven cities" of Friesland. In 2017, about 4,435 people lived there.
