Brandon King (born April 10, 2007), known as YNW BSlime, is an American rapper and singer. He is the younger brother of fellow rapper YNW Melly.

Early Life and Music Beginnings
Brandon King was born on April 10, 2007, in Gifford, Florida. He left high school after his music career became successful.
King started making music in 2018. He was featured on songs with YNW Melly and others. He remembers freestyling during lunch in 7th grade. During a middle school break, his brother YNW Melly encouraged him to record music. He even joked about stopping his V-Bucks for the game Fortnite if he didn't join him at the studio. This pushed Brandon to start recording.
YNW BSlime's Music Career
In May 2019, rapper Yung Bans invited King to perform at the Rolling Loud Miami Festival. He performed his brother YNW Melly's song "... on My Mind". In July 2019, King released his first song, "Hot Sauce." DJ Chose produced this track.
In November 2019, he released his album Baby Goat. It featured other American rappers like Lil Tjay and YNW Melly. A year later, in November 2020, he released his song "Nightmares." This song featured American rapper Trippie Redd and came with a music video.
In February 2021, he released two more songs: "Valenslime" and "OTW." In October 2021, he released "Citi Trends" with American rapper NLE Choppa.
In January 2022, he appeared on Kidd G's song "Left Me." This song was a mix of rap and country music. He also worked with YBT Anubis on a song. In 2022, he released "The Mob," which included YNW Melly, Trippie Redd, and YNW Bortlen.
In October 2022, he released "Free Melly" with rapper DC the Don. He also put out "Keep Trying" featuring BabyTron and "Going Through Some Things."
In 2023, he released "I Got A Bag" with Hotboii. Other singles that year included "Case Closed" and "Vulnerable."
In 2024, he was featured on four songs from YNW Melly's album Young New Wave. These songs were "Top Off," "772 Love Pt. 3," "Save me," and "Vile." In September 2024, he released his second studio album, Selfless.
YNW BSlime's Musical Style
Critics have described YNW BSlime's music style. Alphonse Pierre from Pitchfork said his singing on Baby Goat was like Young Thug. But he noted that BSlime's raps were brighter and more cheerful.
Steve Juon from Rap Reviews also mentioned his style was similar to Juice WRLD and Future. In an interview, YNW BSlime shared his biggest influences. He named Travis Scott, XXXTentacion, and his older brother YNW Melly.
