Yato Rocks are a group of rocks located in the Wilhelm Archipelago in Antarctica. They are part of the Wauwermans Islands group, which is near the Antarctic Peninsula. These rocks cover an area of about 25 hectares. To give you an idea of their size, they stretch about 780 meters from west to east and 560 meters from south to north.

The name 'Yato Rocks' comes from the Bulgarian language. 'Yato' means 'bird flock'. People thought the shape of these rocks looked like a group of birds flying together. This name fits in with other descriptive names given to islands in this area.
