The Yukon Ranges are a huge group of mountains. They stretch across the southeastern part of Alaska in the United States and cover most of the Yukon territory in Canada. These mountains get their name from the Yukon area itself.
This large mountain system covers a very big area. It is about 364,710 square kilometers (which is about 140,815 square miles) in size. Imagine a vast landscape filled with peaks and valleys!
