Early Life and Inspiration

Zeena Zaki was born in Copenhagen, Denmark. Her parents were from Iraq. When she was two years old, her family moved often. They lived in Romania, Kuwait, Iraq, and then the United Arab Emirates.

Zeena grew up in a very artistic family. Her father was an interior designer. He even designed two of his own restaurants in Dubai and Los Angeles. Her mother was also a fashion designer. Zeena learned a lot about fashion from her mother. She did not go to a university or college to study fashion.

Building a Fashion Career
