Zoe Viccaji (Urdu: زوئی وکاجی) is a talented singer, songwriter, and actress from Karachi, Pakistan. She was born in 1983. Zoe started her music journey as a backing vocalist for the famous show Coke Studio. Later, she became one of the main artists featured on the show. She has released one studio album that has won several awards.

Early Life and Family
Zoe Viccaji was born in Kharian, Punjab, Pakistan. Her father, Adi Viccaji, is Parsi, and her mother, Lynettee Viccaji, is Christian. Zoe grew up in Karachi, Pakistan. She shared that she started playing guitar and writing her own songs when she was fifteen years old. Zoe has a younger sister, Rachel Viccaji, who is also a singer.
Personal Life
Zoe Viccaji got married on December 23, 2018. She married Kamal Khan, who is a producer and director. Their wedding took place in Karachi, Pakistan. Zoe had a traditional white wedding. Her sister, Rachel Viccaji, and fellow Coke Studio singer and actress Sanam Saeed were among her bridesmaids. The couple also had another celebration the next day, following Pakistani traditions.
Music Career
Zoe began her career in music at age seventeen. She joined a local band called Ganda Bandas. After some years, she moved to the United States. There, she studied at Hamilton College in New York. While in the US, she also performed in stage musicals. She appeared in Mamma Mia! and Chicago, performing alongside Sanam Saeed.
Early Songs and Coke Studio
After returning to Pakistan, Zoe released her first song, "Thinking About You," in 2009. In 2010, she joined Coke Studio. She worked with popular bands like Strings and singer Bilal Khan. Together, they released songs such as "Mera Bichra Yaar" and "Anjane." "Mera Bichra Yaar" was even nominated for Song of the Year at the 11th Lux Style Awards.
Debut Album Dareeche
Zoe released her first album, Dareeche, in September 2014. It was released under Universal Music India. This album was very successful. In 2015, it won the Best Mixed Album award at the Indian Recording Arts (IRA) in India. It also won the Lux Style Award for Best Album in Pakistan.
One of the songs from the album was "Phir Mili Tanhai." Zoe explained that this was one of the first songs she ever wrote. She said it was inspired by a real relationship she had. She mentioned that writing songs helped her during a difficult time.
Acting Appearances
Besides singing, Zoe has also appeared in films. In 2013, she had a small role in the movie Good Morning Karachi. She played a Salon Bride in the film. She also made cameo appearances in The Journey Within (2014) and Cake (2018).
