The Achepabanca River Northeast is a river in Quebec, Canada. It flows into the northeastern part of Senneterre, which is in the La Vallée-de-l'Or Regional County Municipality. This area is part of the Abitibi-Témiscamingue region.
This river is a branch, or "tributary," of the main Achepabanca River. Its path goes through two areas called Maricourt and Berthelot townships. The river flows entirely through forests on the west side of the Gouin Reservoir.
Forestry, which is about managing and using forests, is the main activity here. Tourism, like visiting for fun, is also important. The river usually freezes over from early December until the end of April. A forest road, R0808, runs along the north side of the river.

The start of the river is:
- Very close to the R0808 road, which crosses the upper part of the river.
- About 13.0 kilometres (8.1 mi) (about 8 miles) northeast of where it joins the Mégiscane River.
- About 85.9 kilometres (53.4 mi) (about 53 miles) northeast of downtown Senneterre.

- It flows west for 0.4 kilometres (0.25 mi) (about 0.25 miles), crossing an unnamed lake.
- Then it turns southwest for 3.9 kilometres (2.4 mi) (about 2.4 miles), going through another small lake.
