Alina Smith (born August 25, 1987) is a talented Russian-American pop singer, songwriter, and music producer. She helps create songs for many famous artists, including K-Pop groups like Itzy, Kep1er, and Red Velvet. Alina is also a co-founder of a music company called Lyre.

Early Life
Alina Smith was born in St. Petersburg, Soviet Union. She started singing and playing piano when she was just three years old! By age four, she could speak both English and Russian fluently. When she was five, she began writing her own music, poems, and stories. As a child, she even toured as a singer with a music group called Aurora.
Alina's Music Journey
Alina's music career began to take off in 2010. Sony Japan chose her song "Fallin' 4 U" for the artist Aisha. In 2011, her song "Kissing Tree" was part of a special CD that raised money for relief efforts after the Japanese earthquake and tsunami.
In 2015, Alina signed a deal with a big music company called BMG/Chrysalis. Her song "Free Beer" was released and played on a popular satellite radio channel called The Highway (Sirius XM). She also performed her song "Ride" on The Bobby Bones Show podcast.
Creating Lyre Music
In 2016, Alina Smith and Elli Moore started their own music company called Lyre. They work together to write and produce songs for other artists.
