Amanda Byram is a well-known TV presenter from Ireland. She was born on June 16, 1973. Many people know her from popular TV shows like Total Wipeout on BBC One, where she worked with Richard Hammond. Early Life and First Steps in TV

Amanda Byram began her career as a model. In 1999, she started working in television. Her first TV job was presenting the morning show Ireland AM on TV3 in Ireland. She hosted this show with Mark Cagney.

Amanda Byram's TV Career

Soon after starting in Ireland, Amanda began appearing on British television. In 2001, she became a host on The Big Breakfast on Channel 4. The next year, in 2002, she was a guest host on Liquid News on BBC Three. She also presented the UK version of Entertainment Tonight on Sky One.

From January 3, 2009, Amanda Byram co-hosted the popular British game show Total Wipeout with Richard Hammond. The show ran for five series and one special winter series. The final episode aired on December 31, 2012.

She also often co-hosted Something for the Weekend with Tim Lovejoy. She filled in for Louise Redknapp and later for Tim Lovejoy on its new version, Sunday Brunch.

In 2010, Amanda appeared on an episode of Supersize vs Superskinny. On August 6, 2010, she presented This Morning with Paddy McGuinness. She was also a guest on the first episode of the BBC One game show Ask Rhod Gilbert.

In early 2011, Amanda presented some of the Strictly Come Dancing Live! shows in different cities. On January 8, 2011, she appeared on the BBC One show The Magicians.

In 2012, Amanda hosted a new TV show for Sky 1 HD called Don't Stop Me Now. The first episode was shown on March 18, 2012. On May 31, 2013, she presented This Morning with Jake Humphrey.

Dancing with the Stars and Recent Work

In November 2016, it was announced that Amanda Byram would host the Irish version of Dancing with the Stars. She hosted the show with Nicky Byrne. The series began in January 2017 on RTÉ One and is based on the British show Strictly Come Dancing. After two series, Amanda confirmed on August 28, 2018, that she would not return as a presenter in 2019.

From 2019 to 2022, Amanda Byram was a host on the show Food Unwrapped.

Personal Life

Amanda Byram lives in Fulham, South-west London. In April 2014, she started a relationship with Julian Okines, who is a creative content producer. They announced their engagement in December 2015 and got married in April 2016. Amanda gave birth to their son, Phoenix, in November 2021.

Amanda is known for being very fit and healthy. She follows a strict fitness routine.
