Jake Humphrey (born October 7, 1978) is a well-known English TV presenter. He is famous for hosting big sports shows like Champions League football on BT Sport. He also used to present Bamzooki on CBBC and Formula 1 racing for BBC Sport.

Early Life
Jake Humphrey was born in Peterborough, England. When he was nine years old, his family moved to Norwich, Norfolk. His dad used to be a boss at a charity called Age Concern Norfolk.
Jake Humphrey's Career
Starting Out in TV
Jake Humphrey began his TV journey with a work experience job at ITV's Anglia Television. This was a great way for him to learn about how television works. In 2001, he started presenting shows for CBBC, which is the BBC's channel for kids.
Sports Presenting Highlights
Jake started reporting on sports matches for BBC Radio 5 Live in 2005. He sometimes filled in as a host for popular football shows like Football Focus and Final Score.
In 2009, Jake became the main host for the BBC's Formula 1 racing coverage. Many people thought he did a fantastic job. Even his hero, famous sports presenter Des Lynam, said Jake was the best sports broadcaster that year!
Jake left the BBC in 2012 to join BT Sport. This was a big move for him.
Hosting Football on BT Sport
The 2013–14 football season was when Jake started hosting live Premier League games for BT Sport. He helped create the style for the new football shows on the channel.
By 2015, Jake had been hosting BT Sport's exclusive live Premier League matches for two seasons. He continued to host these games and also started presenting live FA Cup, UEFA Champions League, and UEFA Europa League matches. Jake left BT Sport in 2023.
Other TV Shows
Jake Humphrey also hosted the New Year Live countdown show in 2011 and 2012. He even appeared in a fun advertisement for BBC One HD.
In 2011, he briefly hosted coverage of the 2011 Royal Wedding from an old Lancaster bomber plane. However, his audio had some technical problems. In 2013, he hosted a quiz show on BBC One called Beat the Pack.
Personal Life
Jake Humphrey married Harriet in August 2007. They have two children together: Florence Aurelia Alice and Sebastian Alexander James.
He is a big fan of the football team Norwich City. Jake is also colour-blind, which means he sees colours differently. In July 2012, he received a special award called an Honorary Doctorate from the University of East Anglia.
