Starting Out
Early in his career, Preston moved to Atlanta, Georgia. He started working with music producers like Dallas Austin and Anthony Dent. For a while, he felt like his career wasn't going anywhere and almost quit music.
Things changed when he met the singer Chris Willis. Preston began working with Willis and touring the world. Soon after, he started working with the famous DJ and producer David Guetta. This led to a big hit. Preston co-wrote the 2011 song "Night of Your Life" by David Guetta, which featured singer Jennifer Hudson. The song was a success and appeared on the Billboard Hot 100 music chart.
Working with Superstars
In 2012, Preston met will.i.am from The Black Eyed Peas. They started working together often, and Preston became an important part of will.i.am's music company.
