Plot Summary: Time Travel Adventures
This movie picks up right where the first Back to the Future film ended. Doc Brown arrives in his time-traveling car, the DeLorean. He tells Marty and his girlfriend Jennifer they must go to the future. Their mission is to stop a problem involving Marty's future son, Marty Jr.
Journey to 2015
Doc, Marty, and Jennifer travel to the year 2015. They successfully prevent Marty Jr. from making a big mistake. However, while they are in the future, Marty buys a sports almanac. This book has all the sports results from 1950 to 2000. Doc warns Marty not to use it for money.
A Changed 1985
Marty throws away the almanac, but an older, meaner Biff Tannen finds it. Biff steals the DeLorean and travels back to 1955. He gives the almanac to his younger self. This changes history in a terrible way. When Doc and Marty return to 1985, their hometown is completely different. It has become a dark and dangerous place. Biff is now rich and powerful.
Fixing the Past
Doc and Marty realize they must go back to 1955 again. Their goal is to get the almanac from young Biff. They need to stop him from changing the future. This means they have to be very careful. They must not run into their past selves. It's a tricky mission to fix the timeline.
Unexpected Endings
After a thrilling chase and many close calls, they succeed. They get the almanac back from Biff. But as they are about to return to 1985, something unexpected happens. The DeLorean is struck by lightning! This sends Doc Brown back in time to the year 1885. Marty is left alone in 1955, wondering how to get Doc back.
