Bartelso is a small village in Illinois. A road called Illinois Route 161 goes right through it. If you go east on this road for about 18 miles (29 km), you will reach Centralia. If you go west for about 4 miles (6.4 km), you will get to Germantown. The main town of Clinton County, Carlyle, is about 8 miles (13 km) northeast of Bartelso.
