Lordivino Ignacio (born December 11, 1977), known professionally as Bassilyo, is a Filipino rapper, singer, and songwriter. His stage name, Bassilyo, comes from the character Basilio in the famous novel Noli Me Tangere. Besides making music, Bassilyo also acts sometimes.

Bassilyo's Music Journey
Bassilyo started his music career as part of a group called Crazy as Pinoy. They even appeared on the TV show Eat Bulaga!'s Rappublic of the Philippines contest in 2002. Bassilyo later found new success through the FlipTop Battle League, which is a popular rap battle competition. He became very well-known for his song "Lord, Patawad" (which means "Lord, Forgive Me") in 2014. The lyrics of this song were inspired by his own life experiences and the things he observed around him.
