Beattie is a small city located in Marshall County, Kansas, in the United States. In 2020, about 197 people lived there. Beattie is sometimes known as "The Milo Capital of the World" because it's a big area for growing milo, a type of grain. They even have a special "Beattie Milo Festival" every year!

Beattie was first planned out in 1870. It got its name from Armstrong Beattie, who was the eighth Mayor of St. Joseph, Missouri. The city's first post office opened in July 1871.
