Beltrami is a small city in Polk County, Minnesota, United States. It is named after Giacomo Beltrami, an Italian explorer. He traveled through this area in 1823. People started settling here around 1870. Beltrami officially became a city in 1901. In 2020, about 88 people lived there. The city is also part of the larger Grand Forks metropolitan area.
