Ben Calf Robe was an important elder from the Blackfoot people, specifically from the Siksika. He was a scout for the North West Mounted Police, which later became the RCMP. He also experienced residential schools, which were difficult places for many Indigenous children.

Ben Calf Robe and the Calgary Stampede
