Bettina Bush, known simply as Bettina, is an American actress and pop music singer. She is famous for her voice acting in many popular cartoons and video games. She has also had a successful music career.

Early Life
Bettina was the youngest of three children. Her father, Charles V. Bush, was the first African-American person to graduate from the US Air Force Academy. Her mother had a background that included Scottish, Polynesian, and Cherokee descent.
Voice Acting Fun
Bettina started her professional career when she was just 5 years old. She began as a model and actress. Soon, her acting led her to do voiceovers. This means she uses her voice to play characters in animated shows and video games.
She has voiced many characters you might know! She was Megan in My Little Pony. She also voiced Dotty Dog in The Get Along Gang. You might also recognize her as Lucy Little in The Littles.
Bettina is perhaps best known for being the voice of Rainbow Brite. She also voiced Gloria in the Madagascar video games. Her voice can also be heard in shows like Rugrats and All Grown Up!. She was Kai Green in Ben 10. She even voiced characters in video games like Age of Empires III and God Hand. You might have heard her singing in the McDonald's "I'm Lovin' It" commercials too!
Music Career
Bettina was inspired by musicians like Dolly Parton and Elton John. Her singing talent was heard early on. She sang the title song "Gift of Love" for Rainbow Brite in 1985. She also sang "Make Room for a Rainbow Inside" for a Rainbow Brite album. Bettina performed "Brand New Day" and "Rainbow Brite and Me" for the movie Rainbow Brite and the Star Stealer.
Later, Bettina started her own record label. She released her first independent song called "Lucky Girl". In 2006, she won the pop category of American Idol Underground. This show helped her get noticed. It led to her directing a music video. She also got to work with a Sony Music producer named Automatic. Together, they wrote and edited three songs: "Emerald City", "Let Me Inside", and "I Can't Deny You". Her song "She Is" was very popular. It reached No. 4 on Billboard's Hot Singles Sales chart.
