Beulah is a small community in Lee County, Alabama, United States. It is not a city or town with its own government. Beulah is located in the northeast part of the county. It is close to Valley, Alabama and is part of the larger Columbus, Georgia area. The community is near Chambers County, Alabama, the Chattahoochee River, and Lake Harding.
History of Beulah
Beulah got its name from the Beulah Baptist Church. This church was started in 1851. A post office also used the name Beulah. It was open from 1856 until 1906.

The Franklin Yarbrough, Jr. Store is also known as The Roger Brown Memorial Rock House Museum. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
