Birmingham is a small village located in Clay County, Missouri, in the United States. In 2020, about 189 people lived there. It is part of the larger Kansas City metropolitan area.

History of Birmingham
Birmingham was started in 1887. The village got its name from a city called Birmingham in England. A post office opened in Birmingham in 1888. It helped people send and receive mail until 1956.
