Birori (called Bìroro in the local Sardinian language) is a small town, also known as a comune or municipality. It is located on the beautiful island of Sardinia in Italy. Birori is part of the Province of Nuoro.

This charming town is about 142 kilometers (around 88 miles) north of Cagliari, which is the capital city of Sardinia. It's also about 50 kilometers (around 31 miles) west of Nuoro. In 2004, about 586 people lived in Birori, and the town covered an area of 17.4 square kilometers (about 6.7 square miles).

Birori shares its borders with a few other towns. These include Borore, Bortigali, Dualchi, and Macomer.
