Blythedale is a small village located in the northeastern part of Harrison County, Missouri, in the United States. It is a quiet place where people live and work. According to the 2020 census, about 211 people call Blythedale home.

History of Blythedale
Blythedale was officially started in the year 1880. It was named after someone who worked for the railroad, which was a very important way to travel and move goods back then. A post office, where people could send and receive mail, also opened in Blythedale in 1880.
Geography of Blythedale
Blythedale is easy to find because it sits right where two Missouri roads, Route N and Route T, meet. It's also only about 2.5 miles east of a big highway called Interstate 35. Nearby towns include Eagleville, which is about three miles to the west, and Ridgeway, about six miles south.
A stream called the East Fork of Big Creek flows right past the western side of the village. The United States Census Bureau says that Blythedale covers a total area of about 0.31 square miles (0.80 square kilometers), and all of this area is land.
