Bradley Ralph (born October 17, 1980) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player. He played as a left winger. Today, he is a very successful head coach for the Florida Everblades team in the ECHL hockey league. He even played one game in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Phoenix Coyotes during the 2000–01 NHL season.

Playing Hockey: Bradley Ralph's Journey

Bradley Ralph spent most of his playing career in minor hockey leagues. These are leagues where players often develop their skills before reaching the top levels. He played for several teams in the ECHL and the American Hockey League (AHL) in the United States.

He also played hockey in other countries. He spent a season playing for Alleghe HC in Italy. Another season, he played for AaB Ishockey in Denmark. These experiences helped him see different styles of hockey around the world.

Coaching Success: Leading Teams to Victory

After he stopped playing, Bradley Ralph started coaching hockey. He quickly showed he had a talent for leading teams.

Early Coaching Roles

Ralph first coached for two years in the Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL) with the Augusta RiverHawks. Later, he coached the Idaho Steelheads in the ECHL. These roles helped him gain experience as a head coach.

On August 4, 2015, Ralph became the head coach of the Kelowna Rockets. This team plays in the Western Hockey League (WHL), which is a major junior hockey league in Canada.

Florida Everblades: A Championship Run

On July 12, 2016, Bradley Ralph was named the head coach of the Florida Everblades in the ECHL. This is where he has had amazing success.

He was even named the Coach of the Year for the 2017–18 season. This award recognizes the best coach in the ECHL.

Ralph led the Florida Everblades to an incredible achievement. They won three Kelly Cup Championships in a row! They won in 2022, 2023, and 2024. This was the first time in ECHL history that a team won three championships in a row, which is called a "three-peat."
