Album Art for Chance the Rapper
Brandon Breaux is famous for creating the cover art for several music projects by the artist Chance the Rapper.
- In 2012, he designed the cover for Chance the Rapper's first mixtape, 10 DAY.
- He also made the covers for the popular mixtapes Acid Rap and Coloring Book.
- Later, he created art for Chance's songs "Wala Cam", "65th and Ingleside", and "Work Out" in 2018.
The photo for the Acid Rap cover was taken by chance. Breaux had given Chance a tie-dye tank top. He hoped Chance would wear it, and he did! This led to the iconic album cover.
For the Coloring Book cover, Breaux showed Chance holding his baby daughter. You can see Chance's face, but the baby is just outside the picture frame.
