A Look at Its Past
For many years, Brunnadern was an independent municipality. This means it had its own local government. It managed its own affairs, like a small town.
However, on January 1, 2009, things changed. Brunnadern joined with two other places. These were Mogelsberg and St. Peterzell. Together, they formed a new, bigger municipality. This new municipality is called Neckertal.
This merger helped the villages work together. They could share resources and services more easily. It's a common way for smaller communities to grow stronger.
