Exploring Bukit Panjang LRT Stations
There are many stations along the Bukit Panjang LRT line. Most stations have two platforms that face each other. However, some stations are a bit different.
Choa Chu Kang station has an island platform. This is like what you see at most Singapore MRT stations. Ten Mile Junction station has only one platform. It is also the only station with special platform screen doors.
Both Bukit Panjang and Choa Chu Kang stations have half-height platform barriers. These barriers help keep people safe. Between 2016 and 2017, similar barriers were added to the other 11 LRT stations. Now, almost all stations have these safety barriers.
