Cedric Tillman was born on April 22, 1970. He is a former American football player. He played for eight seasons in the Arena Football League (AFL). His teams included the Denver Dynamite and the Arizona Rattlers.
Tillman played college football at the University of Northern Colorado. He was recognized as a second-team All-Arena player in 1994. He also helped the Arizona Rattlers win two championships, ArenaBowl VIII and ArenaBowl XI.

Winning ArenaBowl VIII
In 1994, the Arizona Rattlers made it to ArenaBowl VIII. They played against the Orlando Predators. The Rattlers won the championship game with a score of 36–31. Cedric Tillman's strong performance that year earned him a spot on the second-team All-Arena list. This means he was one of the best players in the league.
Later Seasons and Second Championship
Cedric played in eight games in 1995. He had 17 receptions for 188 yards and three touchdowns. He was placed on injured reserve in 1996 and did not play that season.
He returned in 1997, playing in nine games. The Rattlers had an amazing 12–2 record that year. They reached ArenaBowl XI. They defeated the Iowa Barnstormers 55–33, winning another championship.
Cedric played in two games in 1998 and six games in 1999. The 1999 season was his last with the Rattlers. During his time with the team, he also worked as a counselor.
