Chadwick is a small place in Missouri, United States. It's called an unincorporated community, which means it doesn't have its own city government. Chadwick is located in eastern Christian County.

Chadwick is nestled in the Ozarks. It sits on a ridge. To the west is the East Fork of Bull Creek. To the east is Swan Creek.
A Look Back: Chadwick's History
Chadwick has had a post office since 1883. The community began that same year. A railway company, the St. Louis–San Francisco Railway (often called Frisco), built train tracks to Chadwick from Ozark, Missouri. The town was named after someone important from the Frisco railway.
However, passenger train service stopped in March 1933. By 1934, the entire railway line from Ozark to Chadwick was removed.

If you love outdoor adventures, Chadwick has a great spot for you! Just southwest of town is the Chadwick Motorcycle & ATV Use Area. This area is part of the Mark Twain National Forest.
It offers nearly 80 miles of trails. These trails are perfect for motorcycles and ATVs. They wind through deep, forested valleys and along long ridge tops. It's a fun place to explore nature on wheels!
