Chang Taek-sang (born October 22, 1893 – died August 1, 1969) was an important figure in Korean history. He was an activist who worked for Korea's independence. Later, he became a policeman and a politician in South Korea. He is best known for being the third Prime Minister of South Korea and the first Minister of Foreign Affairs. His special nickname was Changrang.

Who Was Chang Taek-sang?
Chang Taek-sang played a key role in the early days of South Korea. He was born in Chilgok, in what was then Joseon. He studied at Waseda University in Japan. He also attended the University of Edinburgh in Scotland for a time. These experiences helped him prepare for his future work.
