Chris Pearson's Amateur Boxing Journey

Chris won many important titles as an amateur:
- He was the 2009 Police Athletic League (PAL) national champion.
- He beat four boxers who had competed in the Olympics, including Yamaguichi Florentino from Brazil and Bakhyt Sarsekbayev from Kazakhstan, who won a gold medal at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
- He spent time fighting for the L.A. Matadors, a special team in the World Series of Boxing.
Here are some of his other big wins:

- 2-time Silver Gloves Champion
- 4-time Jr Golden Gloves Champion
- 8-time State Fair Champion
- Jr Olympic Bronze Medalist
- Ringside World Champion
- National PAL Champion
