Claudia Arce Lemaitre (born on April 4, 1991, in Sucre, Bolivia) is a talented Bolivian actress, singer, and model. She is best known for winning the title of Miss Bolivia 2009. Claudia represented her home region, the Department of Chuquisaca, in this big competition. During the contest, she also won special awards like Yanbal Face Best Smile and Best National Costume.
Claudia went on to represent Bolivia in two international contests: Queen of the World 2009 in Berlin, Germany, and Miss Universe 2010. She was the first woman from Bolivia's Chuquisaca Department to ever take part in the Miss Universe pageant.

Early Life and Achievements
Claudia Arce was born in the city of Sucre, Bolivia. Her parents are Marcelo Arce Scott and Denisse Lourdes Lemaitre Zilvetti. Claudia has a special family connection to history: she is a direct descendant of Aniceto Arce. He was a famous Bolivian lawyer and politician who served as the 22nd president of Bolivia from 1888 to 1892.
Claudia first started studying industrial engineering at the Private University of Valley. Later, she decided to switch her studies to business administration.
She was also very good at science! Claudia won first place in national competitions for Physics, Chemistry, Astronomy, and Astrophysics in Bolivia between 2005 and 2007. In 2008, she was chosen to go to the International Olympiad on Astronomy and Astrophysics in Indonesia.
Claudia is also a skilled language speaker. She can speak three different languages: English, German, and Spanish.
She was a special guest at important celebrations in her home country. These included the 200-year anniversary of the first cry for freedom in South America, held in Sucre. She also attended the 200-year anniversary of La Paz.
Her Time as Miss Bolivia
As Miss Bolivia, Claudia had a busy schedule. She officially visited many towns in the Beni region. She also traveled to Lima, Peru, for a photo shoot for the Yanbal company's yearly catalog.
Claudia also worked as a company image for Fancesa at Fexpocruz 2009. She was also a model for Samsung's Teleinformática fair, among other events.
Claudia Arce holds a unique record. She has been the only Miss Bolivia to have the longest reign in history. This happened because the event's organizers decided to hold the annual competition in August instead of May that year.
From November to December 2011, Claudia Arce Lemaitre went on a tour across India. She worked with a children's charity called “Healthy Kids, Happy Kids.” This organization was started by Satish Sikha. Together, they helped thousands of children in need by providing food, clothing, and medical care.
After the Pageant
Since 2013, Claudia has been a popular TV host in Bolivia. She works for the ATB television network, where she hosts entertainment and news shows. She has also performed as an actress in several local theater plays.
Music Video
Claudia also showed her singing and acting talents in a music video. The song was called "The Full Moon (Luna Llena)." The video was directed and produced by Gotham Skyline Productions.
