Concord Township covers a total area of about 36.20 square miles (93.76 square kilometers). Most of this area, about 35.73 square miles (92.54 square kilometers), is land. The rest, about 0.47 square miles (1.22 square kilometers), is water.

The township is in the western part of Jackson County. It shares a border with Calhoun County to the west. A main road, Highway M-60, goes through the township. This highway leads northeast to Jackson, which is the main city of the county. It also goes southwest to Homer.

The North Branch of the Kalamazoo River flows through and drains the township.
