Corey Lamont Holcomb (born June 23, 1969) is an American comedian, actor, and radio host. He grew up in Chicago, Illinois. Corey started his comedy career with help from another Chicago comedian named Godfrey. Today, he hosts his own online show called The Corey Holcomb 5150 Show. You can watch it live on YouTube every Tuesday night. He lives in Los Angeles, California.

Early Life and Comedy Beginnings
Corey Holcomb grew up in a well-known housing project in Chicago. After playing college basketball for a short time, he began his career as a stand-up comedian in Chicago. In the late 1990s, Corey Holcomb, along with comedians Godfrey and DeRay Davis, became well-known faces in Chicago's comedy scene.

Corey Holcomb often calls himself the "Ghetto Dr. Phil". Much of his comedy is about relationships, especially when they go wrong. He travels around the country performing his stand-up shows.
He has also been a regular on several TV comedy shows. These include Comic View, Def Comedy Jam, Last Comic Standing, and Nick Cannon Presents Wild 'n Out. Early in his career, Holcomb appeared on The Jerry Springer Show with fellow comedian DeRay Davis.
Corey Holcomb has had three comedy specials of his own. These are Corey Holcomb: The Problem Is You, Comedy Central Presents: Corey Holcomb, and Corey Holcomb: Your Way Ain't Working. He also performed in Shaquille O'Neal's All-Star Comedy Jam in 2010.
