Courtney Warren Campbell (born April 29, 1895 – died December 22, 1971) was an American politician. He was also a lawyer and a veteran of World War I. Campbell served one term in the United States House of Representatives. He was a member of the Democratic Party. He represented Florida's 1st congressional district from 1953 to 1955. This district was located in St. Petersburg, Florida at the time.

Early Life and Education
Courtney Campbell was born in Chillicothe, Missouri. His parents were Thomas Courtney Campbell and Ellen Minor Campbell. He went to Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri. Later, he studied at the University of Missouri in Columbia.
Military Service and Law Career
During World War I, Campbell served in the United States Army. He was a second lieutenant. After the war, he studied law. He became a lawyer in 1924 in both Missouri and Florida. He worked as a lawyer in Tampa from 1924 to 1928.
Other Jobs and Family Life
Besides being a lawyer, Campbell had many other jobs. He was a citrus farmer, growing citrus fruits. He also worked as a banker. In addition, he was a land developer, helping to build and sell land. He was married to Henrietta Hisgen.
Life After Congress
After serving his single term in Congress, Courtney Campbell returned to his home in Clearwater, Florida. He continued to work in his businesses. He was also involved in community activities. Campbell passed away in Dunedin, Florida. He was buried at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park in Clearwater.
