Daganzo de Arriba is a Spanish town. It is part of the Comarca de Alcalá region. This area is in the northeast of the Community of Madrid. The people who live here are called Daganceño.

This town is about 27 kilometers (17 miles) east-northeast of Madrid. It is also 11 kilometers (7 miles) north of Alcalá de Henares. Daganzo de Arriba is located 673 meters (2,208 feet) above sea level. Its total area is about 43.8 square kilometers (16.9 square miles).
What is the Land Like?
Small hills surround the town of Daganzo de Arriba. The Torote river flows through the village from north to south. The first settlement of this town was located near this river. The church of Nuestra Señora del Espino is in the same place. There is also a stream called Valseco nearby.
How Do People Live and Work Here?
Daganzo de Arriba has two industrial parks. These parks provide jobs for about 1,800 people. Around 800 of these workers live in the town. The rest come from nearby towns. The town also has important agriculture. This is because the municipality has a large area of good quality land for farming.
