Davy is a small town in McDowell County, West Virginia, United States. In 2020, about 209 people lived there. This was fewer than the 420 people who lived there in 2010.
Davy was started in 1873. It was first called Hallsville. By 1901, its name changed to Davy. The town officially became a town in 1948. Davy is mostly a place where people live. It is in an area known for coal mining. A main railway line, the Norfolk Southern Railway, runs through it.
