Dorian Crossmond Missick (born January 15, 1976) is an American actor. He is known for his roles in TV shows and movies. You might recognize his voice as Victor Vance in the video game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. He also played Damian in the TV series Six Degrees. Dorian Missick has starred in films like Premium and had important roles in movies such as The Manchurian Candidate and Lucky Number Slevin.

Dorian Missick was born in East Orange, New Jersey. He spent his childhood growing up in North Plainfield, New Jersey.
Dorian Missick's Acting Journey
Dorian's acting career started early. During his very first acting class, casting agents were looking for someone for a Coca-Cola commercial. They thought Dorian was perfect for the part! After that, he got a small role in the TV show In the Heat of the Night in 1990. He played a young fisherman.
In the summer of 1996, Dorian joined a theater group called the Jazz Actors in Harlem. There, he learned a lot about acting from Ernie McClintock. Later, he joined NITE Star, a group that taught young people about important health topics. While working with NITE Star, Dorian met actress Kerry Washington. During this time, he also started getting steady work in commercials. He was in about seven national commercials each year!
In 2002, Dorian made his official movie debut in Two Weeks Notice. He played Tony, who was Hugh Grant's assistant and limo driver. This role helped him get more parts in TV shows like NYPD Blue, Law & Order, and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. He also appeared in movies like Freedomland.
Dorian even met famous actor Denzel Washington when he auditioned for a movie. Even though he didn't get that specific role, meeting Denzel Washington later led to a part in the movie The Manchurian Candidate. Soon after, Dorian played Elvis in Lucky Number Slevin. Then, he got his first main role in a movie called Premium, where he acted alongside Zoe Saldana.
In 2018, Dorian had a recurring role in the Netflix and Marvel Cinematic Universe series Luke Cage. He played a character named Dontrell "Cockroach" Hamilton. Interestingly, his real-life wife, Simone Missick, also starred in the show as Misty Knight. In July 2018, he joined the main cast of the CBS All Access series Tell Me a Story, playing a character named Sam.
