Riley played for the LSU Tigers from 2013 to 2016. For his first three years, he was a backup player. This means he wasn't a regular starter but was ready to play if needed.

Playing for the Atlanta Falcons (2017–2019)

The Atlanta Falcons picked Duke Riley in the third round of the 2017 NFL draft. He was the 75th player chosen overall. He joined his former LSU teammate, Deion Jones, on the Falcons.

Rookie Season with the Falcons (2017)
