Dunhill (which means "cliff fort" in Irish) is a small village in County Waterford, Ireland. It is a friendly community with a church, a primary school, and a local shop. The village is also home to an enterprise park called Dunhill Ecopark, which started in 2000.

The ruins of Dunhill Castle are a famous landmark. This old tower house stands on a rocky hill south of the village. In 1641, the castle was owned by John Power. People traditionally believe that this ancient fort was captured by Oliver Cromwell in the 1600s.

Other interesting historical sites are also found nearby. These include an earthwork, an old font, and a megalithic tomb. There are also two ringforts, which are old circular forts.

The Anne Valley Walk is a wonderful nature trail. It is about 5 kilometers long. This greenway follows the beautiful River Anne. The path is smooth and made of gravel. It's great for walking, buggies, and wheelchairs.

The trail starts near Dunhill Anne Valley. It goes about 2.2 kilometers to Dunhill Castle. From there, it continues for another 2.6 kilometers. The walk ends at Annestown Beach. Along the way, you can see lots of wildlife. Keep an eye out for mute swans, pheasants, and ducks. You might also spot many smaller local bird species.
