Durham is a small, rural community in Roger Mills County, Oklahoma, United States. It is an "unincorporated area," which means it doesn't have its own local government like a city or town. Instead, it's managed by the county. Durham is located along State Highway 30. It's about four miles south of the Antelope Hills and the Canadian River. The border between Oklahoma and Texas is also just four miles to the west.

The community's post office first opened on May 15, 1902. Durham was named after its very first postmaster, Doris Durham Morris.
