Eagle Lake (in French: Lac Aigle) is a small town located in Aroostook County, Maine, United States. In 2020, about 553 people lived there.
The town got its name from a group of soldiers. They were traveling from Bangor to the Aroostook War and saw many eagles around the lake. Nearly half of the people in Eagle Lake speak French. This is common in many parts of Northeastern Maine.
