History of Eatons Neck
In 1927, a large part of Eatons Neck was divided and sold. This area included what is now called the Morgan Estate and Two-Acre Zone. The land was sold by the family of Cornelius H. DeLamater.
A group called the Eaton Harbors Corporation was created. Its job was to own and take care of all the private beaches and roads in the old estate area.
