Edgewood is a small city in Iowa, a state in the United States. A main road, Highway 3, goes right through the middle of Edgewood. This road also divides the city between two counties: Clayton and Delaware.
The first post office opened in Edgewood in 1852. Edgewood officially became a city in 1892. In 2020, about 909 people lived there. This was a small decrease from 923 people in 2000.

Edgewood is found at coordinates 42.644845 degrees north and -91.401792 degrees west. The northern part of the city is in Lodomillo Township in Clayton County. The southern part is in Honey Creek Township in Delaware County.
