Elf: Buddy's Musical Christmas is a fun Christmas TV special from 2014. It's an animated musical. This means characters are moved little by little and filmed. This makes them look like they're moving on their own! The special is based on the popular 2003 movie Elf and a Broadway musical called Elf: The Musical.

It was made by Warner Bros. Animation. Mark Caballero and Seamus Walsh directed it. The story was written by Aaron Horvath, Michael Jelenic, Bob Martin, and Thomas Meehan. Ed Asner returned to voice Santa Claus, just like in the movie. Other voices include Jim Parsons, Mark Hamill, Kate Micucci, Max Charles, and Rachael MacFarlane. The special first aired on December 16, 2014, on NBC.

The Story of Buddy's Christmas Adventure

Santa Claus tells the story of Buddy the Elf. Buddy travels all the way to New York City from the North Pole. He wants to meet his real father, Walter Hobbs.

Buddy is always super cheerful and full of holiday spirit. His happiness changes everyone he meets. He helps his father, Walter, see the true magic of Christmas. It's a heartwarming tale about family and believing in the holidays.
