Elnardo Julian Webster II was born on December 23, 1969. He is a former American football player. Elnardo played as a linebacker for one season. He was part of the Pittsburgh Steelers team in the National Football League (NFL).
The Steelers picked him in the ninth round of the 1992 NFL draft. Before playing professionally, he played college football at Rutgers University. He also went to St. Peter's Preparatory School in Jersey City, New Jersey.
