Where is Emington Located?
Emington is in the northeastern part of Livingston County. It is about 18 miles (29 km) northeast of Pontiac, which is the county seat. The village is also 12 miles (19 km) southeast of Dwight.
If you travel further, Emington is about 35 miles (56 km) west of Kankakee. It is also around 46 miles (74 km) south of Joliet. The village covers a total area of about 0.11 square miles (0.28 square kilometers), and all of it is land.
