Enotobong Benjamin (born April 13, 1999) is an American professional football player. He plays as a running back, which means he primarily carries the ball. He played college football for the Arizona State Sun Devils and was chosen by the Arizona Cardinals in the 2020 NFL Draft.

Early Life and High School Football
Eno Benjamin grew up in Wylie, Texas. He went to Wylie East High School. During his time there, he was an amazing football player. He ran for a total of 7,546 yards and scored 111 touchdowns.
After high school, Benjamin first planned to play college football for the University of Iowa. However, he later changed his mind and decided to go to Arizona State University instead.
College Football Career
Benjamin started playing for Arizona State in 2017 as a freshman. He played in 10 games that year. He carried the ball 23 times for 142 yards and scored one touchdown. He also helped his team by returning punts, gaining 119 yards.
In his second year, 2018, Benjamin had an incredible season. He broke a school record by running for 312 yards in a single game! He was a very important player for the team.
After his junior year in 2019, Benjamin decided to end his college career early. He had rushed for 1,083 yards and 10 touchdowns that season. He then chose to enter the 2020 NFL draft to become a professional player.
Professional Football Career
Arizona Cardinals Team Member
The Arizona Cardinals picked Eno Benjamin in the seventh round of the 2020 NFL Draft. He was the 222nd player chosen overall. In his first year as a rookie, he did not play in any games.
In 2021, Benjamin was the third-string running back for the Cardinals. This means he was behind two other players, Chase Edmonds and James Conner. In Week 9, he got a chance to play when Edmonds was out. He scored his first NFL touchdown against the San Francisco 49ers. He finished that season with 118 rushing yards and one touchdown.
During the 2022 season, Benjamin even took on kickoff duties in one game when the team's kicker had a hip injury. On November 14, 2022, the Cardinals released him from their team.
Playing for the Houston Texans
The very next day, on November 15, 2022, the Houston Texans picked up Benjamin. This means they claimed him after the Cardinals released him. He played for the Texans for about a month before they released him on December 13, 2022.
Joining the New Orleans Saints
On December 14, 2022, the New Orleans Saints also claimed Benjamin. He joined their team for the rest of the 2022 season and into 2023.
Unfortunately, on August 5, 2023, it was announced that Benjamin had a serious injury. He tore his Achilles tendon during practice. This type of injury meant he would miss the entire 2023 football season.
