Enrico "Ricky" Albertosi is a famous Italian former goalkeeper. He was born on November 2, 1939. Many people think he is one of Italy's best goalkeepers ever.

Playing for Clubs
Enrico Albertosi started his youth career at Spezia. He made his first professional appearance in Italy's top league, Serie A, when he was just 18 years old. This was on January 18, 1959, for Fiorentina.
Fiorentina Success
Albertosi played for Fiorentina until 1968. During his time there, he won several trophies. These included the Mitropa Cup in 1966 and the European Cup Winners' Cup in 1961. He also helped Fiorentina win the Coppa Italia twice, in 1961 and 1966.
Cagliari's Historic Win
