Ernie Cunnigan (born June 10, 1959), known as Ernie C, is an American musician. He is also a record producer. Ernie C is best known as the guitarist for the rap metal band Body Count.

Ernie C's Early Life

Ernie Cunnigan grew up in Compton, California. He went to Crenshaw High School with Ice-T. Ernie C was one of the few students there who loved rock music. His uncle was a big influence on him. He showed Ernie C many different types of rock music.

Ernie C became a big fan of music. He bought a guitar from a local music store. He started learning to play when he was 12 years old. He taught himself how to play the guitar. Ernie C's guitar playing was very good. He also put on a great show. Other students respected his talent. He even taught guitar to other students. One of them was D-Roc the Executioner. D-Roc later joined the band Body Count with Ernie C.

Ernie C is a talented musician and producer. He has worked with many famous bands. He and Ice-T wrote songs together for Body Count. Ernie C also helped other bands get started.
